Treatment starts with you.
Our team of highly experienced therapists formulates a customized treatment plan to restore optimal function for people with injuries or conditions affecting the muscles, bones and nervous system. Our goal is to provide integrated, multi disciplinary and collaborative programs of care using innovative and proven techniques. You will receive results oriented treatment through appropriate, timely and personalized plans specific to your therapeutic needs, and we work along with you, your family physician and your specialist rather than around them.
Treatment under one roof.
Care here may be a single service or, more often, a multi disciplinary team approach. Our programs are client centered, progressive and unique, with a focus on restoring functional ability and eliminating pain to improve your quality of life.
Hands-on therapy
Physiotherapy
Evidence based treatment techniques to relieve pain and restore function, in one on one personalized sessions which may include manual techniques, therapeutic exercises and specialized equipment.
Registered massage therapy
A therapeutic technique: the hands on manipulation of skin, muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints, nerves and connective tissues. Book your initial assessment with one of our registered massage therapists.

Chiropractic
Chiropractors focus on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. Treatment can include joint manipulation and mobilization, acupuncture, Active Release Techniques, exercise and education.
Equipment and technique

Spinal decompression
Non surgical spinal decompression is the relief of pressure on one or many pinched nerves of the spinal column, using the decompression table in our treatment room.
Shockwave therapy
Shockwave treatments stimulate the metabolism and enhance blood circulation, to accelerate the healing process in your body.
Active Release Techniques
Effective for both acute and chronic injuries to muscle, tendons and ligaments, as well as nerve entrapment conditions such as sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome and stubborn tendonitis.
